How to solve bad printing results?

It cost ten or tens of thousand dollars to buy UV flatbed printers. When the printers are ready to be put in productions, the printing results got too bad. There exist some dots or lines on the printings. What happened? Printer or ink problem? Improper operation? Are you losing money? Don’t worry. Some tips will help you out there.
UV平板打印机喷头出现拉丝的原因有哪些呢?
花了几万或者几十万去买了台UV平板打印机,一切准备就绪,就等着靠它来赚钱了,可是发现没有用多久机器打印出来的东西跟厂家带回来的样品或者刚刚买回来的时候打的东西不一样了,最容易出现的就是打印效果不如以前,比如说模糊,重影,严重的出现拉丝,就是打出来的东西看起来一道一道的,很影响效果,打不出来合格的东西,交不出货,客户因为嫌弃单子不给自己做了,跑到别家去做了,本来是指望买来的机器生钱,用几万或者几十万生出来百万甚至是上百万,这下好了,辛苦积攒或者东拼西借来的钱买的机器有可能改变自己的一生,而这一生不是向好,而是让自己有可能一辈子也有可能搭进去,今天我就重点说下UV平板机出现拉丝应该怎么解决?首先分析发一下几种原因导致的拉丝:


Firstly, let’s see why the bad printers happened.
1. Printing orifice is blocked. UV printers are printed by dots, the printing pictures of which are composed of some dots. Any one orifice is blocked, you will get a bad printing result.
2. There exist slant printings. Slant printings means printing on a wrong position, resulting in some white lines in the right positions.
第一、喷孔堵塞。这是UV平板机在打印的过程中经常会遇到的一个问题,UV平板打印机是点阵式打印,由一定密度(DPI)的点构成图案。因此,任何一个喷孔被堵塞,就有可能造成不出丝的情况,这就是经常所说的拉丝的情况。
第二、喷孔斜喷。所谓斜喷就是墨点能啧出来.但没喷到它该喷到的位置上。这样,原该喷到的地方出现白线,而旁边则出现了一条较深色的线条。


Secondly, let’s find out why blocked orifice and slant printings happen.
针对喷孔堵塞,斜喷的问题,为什么会堵塞呢,为什么会斜喷呢,这个有多方面的原因。
1. Bad quality of the printers. Congratulations… the printers are not good quality. Please make sure the company is really a good one to cooperate with. Besides the price, the comprehensive strengths and intangible services are also very important while choosing an industrial printer.
第一是机器质量的原因,一款好的机器必须则久经沙场考验的,我们常说能买的来的东西都是不值钱的,真正值钱的是一些无形的,比如说经验,技术沉淀,这些无形的东西恰恰又是一些大厂家用多年的金钱的投入换来的,换来的结果就是机器成熟,稳定,耐用,故障率,能持续的干活。好些人买设备就只从硬件方面考虑,然后认为差的钱都是厂家赚黑心钱,然后加之自己又是外行,听一些销售人员一忽悠,然后就下手买了便宜的机器,可是没想到这正是恶梦的开始,正因为一些便宜的机器在无形的经验上,技术沉淀上没有积累,从而降低了这部份研发的成本,所以机器自然便宜了,但这点也是最要命的,机器买回去了,由于厂家经验不足,好些问题从来没有遇到过,自然是一大堆问题没有办法克服,机器设计不合理,软件调试优化不到位,导致机器不稳定,三天二头的出问题,从而影响喷头性能。

2. Bad quality of ink. The explanations are the similar to the above ones.
第二是墨水的原因,这点非常重要,现在市面上的同型号的喷头的墨水,有的厂家400元,有的厂家500元,有的600元,甚至进口机器配的墨水可能上千,难道墨水卖的便宜的厂家是良心大发现,一心为了客户着想,难道贵的厂家是赚墨水的黑心钱,所谓的一分钱一分货,再简单的道理了,可是很多客户还是在这个上面吃了亏,一味的图便宜,便宜的墨水成份简单,生产工艺简单,后期处理简单,最后导致的结果就是墨水化学成份不合格,墨水杂质过滤不彻底,没用多长时间就出现喷头堵塞的情况。

3. Maintenance. Keep the machines in proper environment. Generally it should be 20~35℃, 30~70%RH, and better a non-dust workshop.
第三种原因就是机器保养的问题,这个环节可能同时导致斜喷和堵塞出现,环境这点非常重要,一定要干净整洁,不可跟别的机器混在一起,通俗的就是要让UV平板打印机当白领,住进办公窒,并且还要吹着空调,大小还要适中,不能太大也不能太小(因为UV平板打印机需要用到负压,负压的正常温度是22-35度,过高或者过低问题都可能造成负压不稳定,从而影响打印效果)喷头非常精密,环境比较差的情况下,灰尘颗粒可能较多较快的吸附到喷头表面,淤积下来堵塞喷孔导致斜喷或者堵塞情况出现。
4. Operating frequency. Long-time working is not good for any type of things. Give it a break and keep it in good working situation, it will work with you perfectly.
第四使用频率,这个也非常重要,就跟人一样时间干长了,也需要停下来休息一下,恢复一下疲劳,比如喝喝水,吃吃饭,补充和调节一下,然后再重新以最佳的状态投入到工作中,机器也是一样,工作时间长了,也是会出现机械疲劳的,机械性的东西相信都知道大部份原器件都是以金属构成,使用时间长了会产生热膨胀,各种配件膨胀值不一样,所以出现的结果就是导致机械变形,从而影响机器的整体性能,所以最佳的是机器一般工作个三小时左右就要停机半小时的时间,让机器各部位冷却,加加油,润滑剂之类的东西。
